Workflow
Workflow: PPAgent® employs a 8 step workflow to execute an identified process or a task:
- Domain experts analyze the current business process and identify tasks that can be taken up by PPAgent®
- Assign a PPAgent® to each user of the service
- User delegates tasks to the PPAgent® using any of the supported communication channels (Web, Phone, Email, Fax etc..)
- Task is split & routed to the right set of skilled workers by the PPAgent® system
- User monitors the task in progress at any time through the web interface for timely feedback and modifications if any
- Task is completed and sent to Quality Assurance team
- User is notified of task completion
- User and QA team appraise the work done and formal sign off
