A. There are two types of pricing models, the first is applicable to sales and marketing organizations. In this model the tasks or the process to be outsourced is scoped by the PPA, proposal or statement of work are created, client approval obtained before the execution of the task or a process begins. The pricing depends on the deliverables, number of PPA required to complete the same as well as the time taken to complete the tasks.
A. Once the statement of work is signed, PPA assigns a project manager who has hands on experience with similar projects. The project manager assigns the work to the team members and remains the single point of contact with clients.
Q Can I modify a task requirement after the task is already in progress?
A. Absolutely, the client can modify the requirement and communicate the same to his/her PPA via the communications channels already established.
Q. Sometimes I don’t have Internet access, how can I check the status or modify my tasks?
A. You can check the status of the work in progress via phones, SMS messages sent to your cell phone or call the PPAgent®
Q. What if I don’t like the quality of deliverables?
A. PPAgent® offers a full guarantee on the quality of the deliverables. If the client is not satisfied with the quality of the work, PPA will refund the full amount.
Q. Can I access the website from my Blackberry?
A. Yes, you can access the site through any hand held device and be able to input your tasks, see the work in progress and the final deliverable.
